Shipping and Return Policy

We at Ennavale are keen on providing customers with the best hence, we partner only with reputed and trusted delivery partners such as DTDC, Delhivery couriers for customers from India and DHL, FedEx, Aramex etc. for International customers depending on their location.

Our standard shipping duration is 2 to 6 working days for domestic orders and 7 to 10 working days for international orders. However, the shipping duration of the product shall vary at times depending on the product demand and availability based on ‘First come, first serve’ basis. All orders will be processed for shipping within 2 working days upon order confirmation.

Upon the purchase of the product, order confirmation email shall be sent to the customer to their registered email address and the tracking number will be shared once the order has been dispatched that will enable the customer to track their orders.

Changes to the shipping address stated during the time of order shall be accepted on if the product has not been shipped.

Ennavale shall not be liable for delays by the shipment partners, however, we will help you track the product and make sure that it reaches you safely.

Once the tracking number is shared, the organisation’s part in shipment ends there. The customer and the third-party shipping company shall directly communicate incase of any information regarding the shipment, i.e the time, transit information etc.
Ennavale shall not be held liable for any such concerns.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once an order has been placed, currently there is no provision to cancel it. Please ensure you check your Order Details Prior To Confirming It.

Ennavale.com Reserves The Right To Cancel An Order Due To An Error On The Site, Or A Stock Issue.

If The Customer’s Credit Card Has Been Charged Prior To A Cancellation Of The Order From Our End, We Will Reverse The Charge.

In the event you have made a purchase but do not wish to go ahead with the order, Ennavale will issue a credit note which may be used against a future purchase on our website.

In case of COD cancellation – 10% order value will be deducted from advance for packing and shipping charges.

2. RETURNS POLICY:

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy.
In case you wish to return a merchandise we request you to send a detailed mail to [email protected] within 2 days of receipt of the product.

a. We will then send an update, if the return can be accepted we will mail a confirmation together with a return authorization form, this form and the mail will explain the procedure to return the product(s). If the reason of the return is due to mistake on our side, we promise to refund the full price of the returned merchandise.

b. You may now proceed to send the package back to us. It must reach us within 10 days for Domestic delivery and 15 days for International delivery.(Date considered is Date of Delivery)

c. Ennavale.com is not liable to pay the return shipment charges

d. Exchange / Return Product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and un-customized i.e no saree finishing package must be added to merchandise

e. For Full Price Merchandise if the product does not reach us within 15 days from Date of Delivery, the product is not eligible for return.

f. For SALE Merchandise (products on discount),neither exchanges nor returns can be made .

g. If you wish to exchange the merchandise for another merchandise, please indicate the same. If the exchanged merchandise is of higher value, the difference in amount have to be borne by the customer. In the event the exchanged merchandise is of lesser value, Ennavale will issue a credit note against the balance amount.

h. We are unable to accept customized clothes such as custom stitched blouses, finished sarees etc..

i. Products under sale tag has no return policy

3. HOW TO SHIP BACK YOUR ORDER

Once we accept your return/exchange we will send you procedure and return shipping address to your registered email and you can follow the procedure for return / exchange.

 Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. Rs.200 (for domestic delivery) will be deducted from your order refund towards postage charges when order has been shipped.

The Rs.200 fee will not be charged to gift returns from a gift recipient.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

In case of International returns if package reaches Ennavale and we incur a cost then it will be deducted from the return settlement amount.

Please ensure the merchandise is well packed to ensure the merchandise is not damaged in transit.


4. REFUNDS POLICY:

Please note, for returns made due to reasons other than Ennavale’s mistake i.e – wrong product, faulty or damaged merchandise, a CREDIT NOTE will be issued. This credit note can be used in future to make a purchase on our website. We are unable to make a cash/credit/bank refund for such cases.

In the event of a mistake from our end, Ennavale will make a 100% refund of the price paid for the merchandise.

1. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your Debit / Credit card / Net Banking / PayPal account will be credited upon processing of the returned merchandise, and the credit should appear on your next statement.

2. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

5. Returning a Gift:

Gift recipients who return a product and do not want an exchange will be issued a credit note and can be used in your future purchases

6. Refunds of Out of Stock Items:

Ennavale will refund full payment if the customer has paid for products that are listed on the website but which are out of stock. In these cases, the Customer Service Team will send an e-mail to the customer, and on obtaining his consent and initiate the refund process.
